Rollbee is built so that salary data stays with you.

What stays in your browser

Everything you type into a calculator, payslip, P9 or mini payroll is processed on your device. Company details you choose to save are kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

What we collect

• Usage counts: which pages are opened and when a calculator is used, with the referring website and device type. Visitors are counted with a salted hash that changes daily; we do not store IP addresses or set tracking cookies.
• Waitlist: the email, business name and team size you submit, used only to contact you about Rollbee Payroll.
• Feedback: the message and optional email you send us.
• Error reports: technical error messages from the page, without calculator inputs.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see or delete your waitlist or feedback details at any time. Email [email protected].
